FFor decades, corporations and Wall Street financiers have eroded labor protections, suppressed wages, and reshaped industries to maximize profits at the expense of working people. From gig work to AI-driven management, employers are using new tools to strip workers of rights and protections. Black and brown workers bear the brunt of this exploitation, facing the most dangerous conditions, the lowest wages, and the least economic security.
ACRE works alongside regional partners to challenge corporate power in key industries by exposing financial interests, targeting corporate actors, and organizing to win structural reforms. Our work focuses on protecting workers from predatory business models, corporate control over public services, and AI-driven workplace surveillance and exploitation. We develop strategic campaigns that advance racial and economic justice, strengthen worker power, and lay the groundwork for long-term systemic change.
